1. Using DonutSocial
By creating an account or using donutsocial.net you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy. You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
DonutSocial is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by DonutSMP, Mojang Studios, or Microsoft. DonutSMP’s own rules still apply to everything you do on the server.
2. Your account
- One account per person. Keep your sign-in methods secure.
- Only verify a Minecraft account that is yours. Each Minecraft account can be linked to one DonutSocial account at a time.
- You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else is using it.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the posts, guides, comments, images, and other content you share. By publishing it you give DonutSocial a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display, and adapt it (for example resizing images or making share cards) so we can run and promote the site. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people have already shared, backups that have not rolled over yet, and records we keep for safety (see the Privacy Policy).
Only share content you have the right to share. If you believe something on DonutSocial infringes your copyright, email us with a link to it and proof that you own the work, and we will look into it.
4. Community rules
Do not use DonutSocial to:
- scam or phish people, or post fake gift, login, or “free rank” links;
- harass, threaten, bully, or dox anyone;
- post hate, sexual content, graphic violence, or anything illegal;
- impersonate other players, creators, staff, or DonutSMP;
- spam, or manipulate votes, likes, XP, or rankings;
- publish deliberately misleading guides, or promote cheats, hacked clients, or exploits that break DonutSMP’s rules;
- buy or sell in-game items, money, or accounts for real money;
- share someone’s personal information without their permission;
- get around a ban or restriction, for example with another account;
- scrape the site, run bots, attack it, or try to reach parts you are not allowed to.

5. The Market
Trade listings are for in-game items and in-game money on DonutSMP. DonutSocial is not a party to any trade. We do not hold items or money, check that a trade is fair, or guarantee that anyone keeps their word. Trade carefully, use DonutSMP’s in-game systems, and report scammers.
6. Moderation
Staff review reports and may remove content, restrict commenting, or suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or put the community at risk. Serious or repeated harm can lead to a permanent ban without a warning. You can see any action taken on your account, and appeal it, in Account standing.
7. Creators
Creator features need an approved application and a connected channel that you own. We may remove creator status if a channel is no longer yours, or if the creator features are misused.
8. The service
DonutSocial is a free community project provided “as is”. We may change, pause, or remove features, and the site may sometimes be unavailable. Calculator results are estimates, and the DonutSMP server status comes from the server itself. Neither is financial advice or a promise.
9. Responsibility
As far as the law allows, DonutSocial is not responsible for indirect losses, for what other players post or do, for trades between players, or for anything lost in game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
10. Ending
You can stop using DonutSocial at any time and ask for your account to be deleted in Privacy & account data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
11. Changes and contact
When these terms change we update the date at the top, and for important changes we tell you on the site first. If you keep using DonutSocial afterwards, the new terms apply. Questions: [email protected].
